The Sport report also adds that the Catalan club are unlikely to go after the Dutch international, though, Deco has ruled out the possibility of signing the defender due to his age. At 33, Van Dijk would not be the ideal candidate to fit into Hansi Flick's system, as per the Barca sporting director.
